Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orvix ("the Service"), a product of PPUSSH LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to freelancers, independent contractors, and studios who use the Service.

2. Who May Use the Service

The Service is for independent professionals — freelancers, contractors, and studios. Only freelancers sign up for and hold accounts with the Service.

Clients of freelancers do not create accounts. Your clients access the Service only through the project portals and contracts you create and share with them, and they are governed by the terms of the agreements you and they sign.

3. Access and Availability

Orvix is a live service. Access requires a PPUSSH account and is subject to these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to improve the product or for operational reasons.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

4. Accounts

Access to the Service requires a PPUSSH account. PPUSSH handles authentication and account credentials; the Service receives only the profile details needed to operate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

5. Client Portals and Contracts

You may use the Service to share project portals, proposals, contracts, quotes, and invoices with your clients.

Your clients are not parties to these Terms. Their relationship with you is governed by the contracts, quotes, and other agreements you sign with them through the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the agreements you create and sign comply with applicable law and accurately reflect the terms you agree to with each client.

6. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

You retain ownership of the content you create and the data you provide while using the Service.

7. Payments and Credits

Certain features of the Service require payment for credits or other products. All prices are listed in the Service and may change from time to time.

Unless stated otherwise, credits purchased do not expire. All sales are final except as required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is owned by PPUSSH LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPUSSH LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

Upon termination, any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes are posted, you accept the revised terms.
